Workshop Terms and Conditions

 

Payment for the event is required in full at the time of booking. Once you have booked you will receive an email confirmation which will include all of the information you need. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your booking a full refund will be given as long we receive your request within 7 days of your booking.  Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund if you wish to cancel with two weeks prior to the event date due to the financial commitment we have to give to the venue but we may be able to amend your booking and move you to a future event (subject to availability) if we manage to fill your place prior.

 

Cancellation of the workshop:

  • If the workshop cannot go ahead for any reason that is out of Happy Making Day’s control, i.e. extreme weather conditions, a decision or fault made by the venue owners etc, then no refund is due unless within the 7-day cancellation period.

  • If Happy Making Days is responsible for the cancellation then a full refund will be made.
